At Young Entrepreneur Start-Ups, we see what others often miss: the incredible potential of neurodivergent teens to innovate, lead, and make a difference when given the right tools and the right environment.
Our mission is to create a safe, empowering space where teens who are wired differently—whether they’re autistic, ADHDers, dyslexic, or otherwise neurodivergent—can gain real-world entrepreneurial skills, grow in confidence, and find a tribe that truly understands them.
We have experience as neurodivergent entrepreneurs as well as parents of neurodivergent children and teens so we are speaking from lived experience and passion to make a difference.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to equip your neurodivergent teen with the knowledge and skills to start a business, earn their own money and be free from the system.
We will give your teen the tools to succeed that you didn’t have at their age, discover their passion, tap into their ‘why,’ and craft their first business.
Our 7-step signature course teaches the foundations of entrepreneurship through our holistic entrepreneurship model, designed to fit the needs of neurodivergent learners.
Choose from a self-paced program, with weekly live coaching support, or fully interactive 12-weekly live sessions with Richard and Michelle, both designed to guide and encourage your teen every step of the way!
Imagine your teen equipped with the tools to succeed that you didn’t have at their age. They’re confidently managing their time, juggling responsibilities, and solving challenges like seasoned entrepreneurs. They’ve become problem-solvers, decision-makers, and innovators, shaping a future of their own making.
Gone are the fears of being stuck in the same cycles you may have faced—living paycheque to paycheque or working a job they hate. Instead, they now have a roadmap for crafting a life filled with freedom, autonomy, and purpose.
What Do We Mean by “Neurodivergent”?
Neurodivergent simply means “wired differently”—and that’s not a flaw. It’s a difference in how a person experiences, processes, and interacts with the world.
It can include things like ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, sensory processing differences, and more. These are not problems to be fixed—they’re unique ways of being that often come with incredible creativity, innovation, sensitivity, and insight.
But here’s the challenge: most systems—especially in education and work—aren’t built for neurodivergent minds. That mismatch can leave teens feeling misunderstood, anxious, or like they’re failing when in fact, the system is failing them.
At Young Entrepreneur Start-Ups, we do things differently. We celebrate difference. We work with how your teen learns best. And we believe that being neurodivergent can be a superpower in entrepreneurship.
