At Young Entrepreneur Start-Ups, we believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to shape their own future—regardless of the circumstances they were born into. We have made it our mission to equip and empower young entrepreneurs with the skills, mindset, and tools they need to create businesses that not only provide financial freedom but also foster innovation, sustainability, and positive change in the world.
For too many young people—those in the care system, young offenders, and those facing disadvantages—life has been shaped by limitations rather than possibilities. But we see their potential, not their past. We see world-changers, innovators, and future leaders who, when given the right support, can break cycles of poverty, struggle, and systemic failure.
That is why we have committed to gifting our courses to young people who need it most. Our goal is to provide them with more than just business education—we want to give them a blueprint for freedom. Through our program, they will learn essential life and work skills, gain confidence in their abilities, and develop the entrepreneurial mindset needed to take control of their futures.
Why We Do This
I (Michelle) know firsthand what it means to overcome adversity. My own journey through extremely testing circumstances in my teenage years, and as a disadvantaged youth in care, has been shaped by resilience, by the struggle to create something meaningful despite obstacles, and by the belief that no one’s circumstances should define their future.
Entrepreneurship gave me a way out—a way to rewrite my story. Now, I am committed to passing that on to the next generation, especially those who have been failed by traditional systems.
We are not just teaching young people how to start businesses; we are teaching them how to dream, how to believe in themselves, and how to contribute meaningfully to society. By equipping them with these tools, we are not just changing their individual futures—we are creating ripple effects of transformation that will touch families, communities, and entire generations.
